How To Order

• Most clients find it difficult to visualise an album design from their own galleries. Peter suggests you make a list of your favourite images using the first three digits of each filename. He will select others using his art and design skills to tell the story of your day. He will ask you for your general design preferences – you could browse the online sample albums to get some ideas

• Submit your list with this document

• If you require an album designed with photo files supplied by you rather than shot by Ashton Lamont please pay 50% of the total cost up front. This is the design fee and is not refundable in any circumstances. Please ensure that your files are of sufficient size and quality – Peter can check these files before you commit. Please supply the files, preferably unedited and in the “RAW” format, on a disc or USB drive, or via an online sharing service e.g. Dropbox

• Peter will design your album layout. Review the design via your page on the Ashton Lamont website. Request any minor edits or confirm your approval by email. Major edits may incur additional charges. Submit the remaining 50% of the cost. Then your album will be manufactured

• Please be aware that album design and manufacture is a complex process and can take a lengthy period depending partly on the time of year. Peter can give you updates but normally please allow around six weeks for delivery from the point where you approve the design and pay your final instalment

• Specify Your Requirements: e.g. album type and size, album cover, number of pages / sides, type of photo paper, any other requests and options

• I understand this document (download, sign, and return this PDF) forms a contract between myself and Ashton Lamont Professional Photo Video. I accept that the conditions of the main wedding contract also apply to this contract regardless of who signed the main wedding contract

• Every album design Is individually completed by Peter in consultation with you, then amended and approved by you. The products are manufactured in Graphistudio's state of the art factory near Venice Italy. See lots of samples via this main Albums Page

"Graphistudio Gold" Wedding Photo Album - The Most Popular Choice: £495

• The World's most stylish of high-end albums. This album measures 14"x10" when closed. 30 thick pages (n.b. 15 double page spreads) can accommodate around 90 images. Extra pages £15 per page. Upright and landscape aspect ratios

"Graphistudio Platinum" Wedding Photo Album - Larger Size & Even More Pages: £695

• As the "Gold" album, but even larger at 16"x12" when closed. 40 thick pages (n.b. 20 double page spreads) can accommodate around 120 images. Extra pages £18 per page. Upright and landscape aspect ratios

• Other sizes are available e.g. square at 10"x10", 12"x12", 14"x14", upright and landscape at 12"x8", 18"x14"

• Photo paper can be high gloss (the most popular by far), lustre, or textured. The new high gloss photo paper is very similar to metallic photo paper but does not cost any more
