How To Book For Your Wedding

• Please complete this Online Booking Form and Contract as far as you can n.b. some details may be irrelevant or may be undecided or unknown at the time of booking. Then submit it by clicking on the “Send” box.

• If you prefer you can download this printable version of the Booking Form and Contract (PDF document)

• Post the printable version or send a scan or photograph (smartphones & tablets are fine) of the first and last pages by email attachment to Ashton Lamont.

• Pay your Retainer (Deposit) of £100. The retainer (deposit) may be lower at Peter's discretion e.g. for some short notice / short duration special offers. Please ask n.b. the remaining balance is due no later than six weeks before the date of your wedding. For short notice bookings the balance will be payable on or before your wedding day.

• Peter will confirm your booking for your records.

• Details are re-checked for changes nearer to your wedding date.

• References to weddings also apply to blessings, civil partnerships, and renewal of vows. "1st Party" and "2nd Party" may be substituted for "Bride" and "Groom".

Payment Methods

• Bank transfer: The preferred method (transfers are free whereas Peter is charged for PayPal at 3.5% of the amount e.g. £20.83 for £595!)

• PayPal: Via the Ashton Lamont website or by PayPal transfer

• Cheque: For NatWest Direct Business Banking. Payee "Peter Riding trading as Ashton Lamont"

• Cash

Your retainer ("deposit") and either the online or printable PDF version of the Booking Form and Contract are required to secure your date. The retainer is part of the total cost of your wedding plan n.b. it is NOT in addition to the cost of your plan. The retainer is refundable during your 14 day "cooling off" period
