Background Information and Highlights

The bride and groom for this featured wedding booked a short duration photography package starting shortly before the ceremony and finishing once the speeches had been completed.

Our couple had a large number of guests and it can be very tricky to find a venue that can accommodate so many. The Town Hall fitted the bill - just!

Hungerford is a lovely old market town midway between Newbury and Marlborough and the Town Hall is right in the centre. There is very little space available for group photos outside; you'll see in the gallery that Peter shot a big group photo from the first floor balcony looking down to the road below. You have to get the timing right as best you can with as few non-guests and cars around the wedding participants as possible. For the more intimate bride and groom photos we walked the short distance to the banks of the River Kennet.
