Background Information and Highlights

The St Michaels Manor Hotel wedding venue is located close to the centre of the lovely Roman town of St Albans Hertfordshire. This gallery features two micro-weddings, one exclusively at the hotel and another whose bride and groom chose to have their wedding ceremony at the nearby St Albans Registry Office. The registrars conducting ceremonies at both locations are very easy-going so there are no onerous restrictions for professional photographers and videographers.

Both the featured couples originated from much further afield, one from Manchester and Poland - and planned a reception party up north for a few weeks later - and the other from Greece and Syria. Micro-weddings such as these are becoming very popular for the obvious reasons!

The hotel is gorgeous both inside and outside. The extensive gardens are great for photos and the large lake adds yet more photo opportunities.
