Background Information and Highlights

The Catholic Church of All Saints Kenton is a popular family church and Peter has worked there several times. This feature gallery includes four different couples. The gallery concentrates on the church and although all the couples had all day coverage by Peter, this gallery illustrates just a very small sample of the wedding receptions.

All Saints Church Kenton is very close to Watford Hertfordshire and is easily reached from the nearby M25 motorway.

This church is one of the easier churches in which to work for professional photographers and videographers. It is spacious and light inside and there are no onerous restrictions on what can be shot during ceremonies. There is a balcony at the back which affords some great views onto the ceremony in progress below if access is allowed.

There is one major challenge for photos and video. The sun can stream straight through the large roof lights and this can make the subjects very contrasty indeed.

All Saints Church has its own car park plus there is nearby on-street parking. There is no churchyard as such and so the various must-have group photos are usually best done at your reception venue.

One of the bride's parents were married in the same church some thirty years ago so that certainly added some poignancy to the day.
