Wedding ceremony in progress at All Saints Church Kenton Harrow Middlesex

This is a feature wedding / venue gallery. If you are planning a wedding in the area do take a look at the Prices, the Photo Galleries, the Videos, and the Albums. This gallery illustrates just one of many for you to browse e.g. try Hunton Park Watford, Grims Dyke Hotel Harrow

Background Information and Highlights:

The Catholic Church of All Saints Kenton is a popular family church and Peter has worked there several times. This feature gallery includes four different couples. The gallery concentrates on the church and although all the couples had all day coverage by Peter, this gallery illustrates just a very small sample of the wedding receptions.

All Saints Church Kenton is very close to Watford Hertfordshire and is easily reached from the nearby M25 motorway.

This church is one of the easier churches in which to work for professional photographers and videographers. It is spacious and light inside and there are no onerous restrictions on what can be shot during ceremonies. There is a balcony at the back which affords some great views onto the ceremony in progress below if access is allowed.

There is one major challenge for photos and video. The sun can stream straight through the large roof lights and this can make the subjects very contrasty indeed.

All Saints Church has its own car park plus there is nearby on-street parking. There is no churchyard as such and so the various must-have group photos are usually best done at your reception venue.

One of the bride's parents were married in the same church some thirty years ago so that certainly added some poignancy to the day.

Often photo coverage starts with the girls getting ready, and includes detail shots of dresses, shoes, flowers, jewellery, etc

Most brides go through agonies in deciding on their colour scheme - its a fact fellas! But in this case there was little doubt as to which colours would be selected. The blue and white of the bride's family's beloved Chelsea Football Club. Our groom favours red but somehow that didn't get a look-in.

Our bride's dog had his own outfit for the wedding and we just had to have a photo:

This wedding was on a very cold December day. The guests gathered for a group photo inside the church after the ceremony had finished:

Once the ceremony was over everyone moved over to their chosen reception venues. The next photo shows the guests arriving at Luton Hoo:

Another couple chose a private farm with a marquee near Watford:

And this couple chose the nearby Bushey Country Club:

The next couple had chosen a nearby sports club - Trailfinders. We had lots of snow and ice on the ground but Peter managed to grab a few photos outside:
