The Oakley Court Hotel Windsor Berkshire has an unrivalled position right on the banks of the River Thames and close to Windsor Town centre.
There is plenty of free onsite car parking.
The Windsor and Maidenhead Registry Office staff responsible for ceremonies at the Oakley Court Hotel have always been some of the most polite and easy-going in the South of England, and so you can be sure that there will not be any silly restrictions on professional photographers and videographers making a great record of your wedding ceremony.
The first photo below illustrates the gorgeous main entrance to the Oakley Court Hotel Windsor:
And the old main building itself:
And an alternative view from a winter wedding at which fortunately we had blue skies sunshine and mild temperatures - wow!
The extensive grounds are mature and beautifully landscaped as you can see in the next photo, which Peter shot from the riverside:
Some unique sculptures by a local artist can be found around the gardens:
The lovely relaxing riverside:
The reception entrance has an almost Mediterranean vibe and is one of many great photo locations. Here is an older version of it:
And in its current form:
Inside the main hotel has an old world country house charm:
The Windsor Suite is one of several rooms licensed for wedding ceremonies:
The suite dresses beautifully for your wedding ceremony:
Other rooms are available in the main building including the conservatory which can host smaller wedding ceremonies:
The registrars who conduct ceremonies at the Oakley Court Hotel are very easy going and there are no onerous restrictions on photography and video during ceremonies:
The old building and the river make great backdrops for the group photos and portraits:
Our bride was very conscious of a disability but none the less was game for some portraits beside the river:

Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. Do not steal now, and that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you do steal, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will kill you. (With appreciation to Bryan in "Taken").
