Your photographer is Peter Riding. Peter is the proprietor of Ashton Lamont and he shoots every wedding.
Peter has established a reputation over many years as a contemporary wedding photographer who achieves truly outstanding results whilst offering affordable value for money choices to fit a range of budgets. Cheap no - inexpensive yes!
Documentary or Reportage wedding photography - where the photographer emphasises candid unscripted storytelling capturing real emotions and with just a few essential formal shots - is the mix that most of Peter's clients choose. But you're the Boss and he'll talk through your likes and dislikes with you before you book and in a pre-wedding consultation. Peter won't sulk if you give him a list of formal posed shots, or throw a hissy fit if you prefer a more traditional classic style rather than the art of the photojournalist!

Peter regularly shoots Asian, Chinese, Indian, Muslim, Hindu, Humanist, West Indian, African and other "ethnic" weddings and ceremonies. These exuberant and colourful events are very welcome. But where are all you same sex couples planning civil ceremonies - do call!
Many clients book Ashton Lamont for wedding photography without a preliminary meeting since they are more than satisfied having browsed some of the 40,000 or so images that are online at any one time in the Client Area and Galleries sections, and studied the Prices and Advice sections. You simply check on availability then complete the Booking Form and Contract and send it in together with your retainer. If you prefer to meet you are very welcome to visit by appointment. Peter may be able to visit you subject to your location and availability; offsite meetings can be daytime or evening, at a private address, workplace, or hotel lounge.
