If you are planning a wedding in the Maidenhead Burnham and Slough areas do take a look at the Prices, the Photo Galleries, the Videos, and the Albums. This gallery illustrates just one of many venues for you to browse.
Teresa and Craig chose the Grovefield House Hotel Burnham on the Buckinghamshire Berkshire border for their winter wedding ceremony and reception.
This busy popular wedding venue is midway between Maidenhead and Slough, and no more than a stones throw from the M4, M25 and M40 motorways and so is very easy and convenient to reach.
The registrars responsible for wedding ceremonies at the Grovefield House Hotel are from the Beaconsfield Register Office and as always they were easy going and a pleasure to work with.
We should count our blessings that the weather for this winter wedding was not wet or snowy, but it was bitingly cold and breezy and damp underfoot. So we should count even more blessings that all the guests were up for venturing outside for a few minutes for the essential big group photos which are all but impossible to shoot inside because of limited space.
Once these were done we were able to make use of the (nice warm) restaurant in the late afternoon to shoot a few more family and friends. We completed the remainder of the group photos in the evening after the wedding breakfast by taking over a photogenic area of the bar and moving some furniture around.
Our couple booked an all day combined photography and video package starting with some posed photos of various members of the bridal party shortly before the ceremony, and finishing shortly after the late evening fireworks display.
Special mention should be made of the absolutely lovely Alice in Wonderland themed decor in the wedding breakfast. Breathtaking. And all done by one of the guests. You must take a look at it further down this page and in the full gallery!

Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. Do not steal now, and that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you do steal, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will kill you. (With appreciation to Bryan in "Taken").
