You can also pay by internet bank transfer – contact us for the sort code and account number. All prints sized 7”x5”, 9”x6”, and 10”x8” come with a lovely black bevelled matte ready for display. All these print sizes cost the same but you may wish to avoid 10”x8” unless the print is intended for a readymade frame of that size because its aspect ratio involves cropping some content from the two shortest sides of the image – compare a widescreen television to a standard television – 9”x6” resembles widescreen and 10”x8” resembles standard. If an image does not work in 10x8 it is supplied in 9x6. |

Background Information:
Samantha and Howard chose Greyfriars Church Reading for their marriage ceremony as this old town centre church is where they regularly worship. As is to be expected of a town centre location the amount of open space outside is very limited but there is a small well maintained lawn and flower border available for wedding photos. Parking is almost nonexistent so do make sure you allow enough time to find some when visiting Greyfriars Church. Samantha and Howard took the sensible precaution of arranging two coaches to bring most of the guests. Thats a great plan for other busy and popular locations as well such as Windsor, Oxford, and Cheltenham.
The interior of Greyfriars Church has quite good natural light and is a big good looking building; in other words good for photos. Unfortunately photography was not permitted near the front of the church during the ceremony.
From Reading we made the short trip to The Great House Sonning on Thames for the wedding breakfast and festivities. The Great House at Sonning as it is sometimes known has a terrific position just a few yards from the River Thames. Its always worth going down to the riverbank for some bride and groom photos with the picturesque old bridge in the background.
Samantha and Howard had quite a few formal photos they wanted but like most couples they did not want to spend a lot of time in front of the cameras later in the day when they could otherwise be socialising with their guests. Therefore we shot a number of photos with the immediate family at The Great House prior to departing for the ceremony. This was very convenient as many of the participants were already at the hotel to get ready. This is a good plan if you have lots of photos on your most wanted list. Of course we made sure that the bride and groom did not see each other during this time! The great thing about Summer weddings like Samantha and Howards' is that there is plenty of daylight in the evening and this can be utilised to shoot more formal photos breaking up the whole thing into several short sessions throughout the day. The light tends to be more flattering in the evening as well. Another good plan!
