The photos and are fantastic. We are really pleased with them.
St Albans Church Hindhead Surrey was the chosen venue for Jill and Christians marriage ceremony. The church is light and roomy and ideal for wedding photography. However the church authorities normally operate a total ban on photography except for some posed shots of the couple pretending to sign the civil register. Fortunately the vicar made an exception for Ashton Lamont for this wedding and I was able to shoot a reasonable selection from a fixed position in an alcove near the front of the church.
From St Albans Church we made the short journey to Farnham Castle in the nearby Surrey town of Farnham for the wedding breakfast and reception. Wedding photographers should be sure to make use of the beautifully maintained formal gardens behind the castle. Inside, The Great Hall in the Bishops Palace part of the castle was a terrific location for the meal and evening entertainment. You'll see that the galleries above the Hall provide an interesting alternative from which to shoot.
We were blessed with decent weather for this August wedding. I'm sure the couple would have welcomed more bright sunshine but the even overcast conditions were ideal for our outside formal shots of the family and friends.

Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. Do not steal now, and that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will kill you. (With appreciation to Bryan in "Taken").
